How the Executive Coaching and Consulting Group Works

By balancing professional development with problem-solving attention, the ECCG might just become your favorite leadership resource.

Now enrolling for the following sessions:

  • Mondays, 11a - 12:30p (For COOs) – March 22, 2021
  • Thursdays, 3:30 - 5pm (For Development Leaders) Beginning March 25, 2021
  • Fridays, 8:30 - 10am (For Executive Directors/CEOs) Beginning March 26, 2021
  • Confidential Group Meetings

    You'll join up to 3 other professionals in the same role as you, meeting four times over the course of eight weeks. Each meeting will include a targeted leadership topic and an individual share to dig into your current challenges.

  • Personal Coaching

    Before you start your journey, you'll have a 1:1 coaching session with Dr. Emilie Socash, to share your personal goals, challenges, and establish what you'd like to accomplish as a result of participating in the ECCG.

  • Accountability Focus

    During our time together, group members will be encouraged to share their own targets and goals as a means of inspiring action and creating a safe group of accountability partners.

What's included in the Executive Coaching and Consulting Group Experience

Each eight-week coaching and consulting experience includes a total of seven hours of coaching and consulting over eight weeks:

  • Four 90-minute small-group (up to 4 attendees) guided sessions, held every other week
  • Two 30-minute private coaching session with Dr. Emilie Socash (at the beginning and at the end)
  • Input on leadership topics to be included
  • Guidance on developing a personal leadership journey for the eight-week time frame
  • Option to add additional private coaching sessions at the discounted member rate

Dr. Emilie Socash

Founder & CEO, Nonprofit Help Center

Driving success in nonprofits and the people who lead them, Nonprofit Help Center founder Dr. Emilie Socash is an organizational and leadership psychologist who approaches community building through her creative and quick-witted style. With 20+ years of nonprofit leadership experience, she has stretched her legs in many directions, developing a dynamic public speaking style, an authentic relationship-building ability, and the knack for community building and strategic planning that only comes from years in the trenches. She held the role of executive director for over 10 years, as well as advancing development lead roles which gave her the opportunity to lead capital campaigns (which raised $19m), legacy initiatives (which raised $30m), inspired direct-giving campaigns and more across turn-around, start-up, and sustaining nonprofits. In addition to her doctoral degree, she holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
