This webinar is designed for organizations and donors who have already taken the first steps toward DEI efforts: they’ve likely issued a statement, embraced new policies, and perhaps even done some in-house training. Sabrina Griffith will guide us through the process of contemplating “What now? What next?” and designing a go-forward plan that ensures that an impact is made from these initial efforts.
The presentation and accompanying deck outline tips and techniques to use going forward to take the next steps in making diversity a part of your organizational culture.
