  • Classes & Webinars

    It's more than a webinar: When you join one of our experiences or classes, you'll activate real change by incorporating three learning domains and focusing on interactive, responsive experiences. Whether you participate live or view a replay of a webinar, you'll have access to a suite of materials available for on-demand replay as often as you like in your NHC dashboard.

  • Capacity Assessment & Capacity Building

    We're proud to use the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool with many clients to assess their organization's health. We then work with staff and boards to develop capacity-building initiatives, including retreats, facilitated scenario planning, and strategic supports.

  • Coaching & Consulting

    Small-group and individual experiences offer a hybrid coaching-consulting model that activates excellence in a range of settings. Seasonally, peer-group experiences are offered to executive directors, development professionals, and C-level leaders.
